It's a bit wired problem i am facing..

My server is alive and Perfectly configure with my domain. But my domain is accessible for some days and some time can;t shows up an error...

I can say that, more than 150 Users online in my site means, domain is accessible for many people and for few people it's not. Network-tools.com shows that domain is fine and ping time too...

    * what could be the problem?
    * transferring my domain to other registrars will bring down my domain for days?
    * what's the best domain registrar so that i don't face these problem in my life again lol!!!!

It may be an IP Restriction issue. And that is related to your Host, not domain. Kindly check with the host that you are not blocking those IPs.

Their is no domain downtime only hosting downtime.

Domain transfer will not bring the domain down if DNS progation is perfect

Then check with your ISP mate. I am definite on the point that this issue is not related to your domain.
