    Hi

I sold a ebook guide for $ 11. One of the buyer "pixens" opened a dispute at Paypal. I tried many times to reach the resolve page but it had some code error. Even called paypal with no avail.

What I understand is that there would always be "a$$hole$" like pixens who would try to con you. What is best way to sell a digital downloadable product ?
Since the value would always be less than $ 50, escrow is not good here.

Sell your products on ClickBank, they are the largest digital download company around. No BS and top notch results selling any ebook. My company has been publishing ebooks with ClickBank for over a year with much success!

Why don't you use other payment processor such as Egold that will not allow charge back?

Some digital product sellers believe it's a matter of numbers. You're always going to get refund requests, legitimate or otherwise. The idea is to try and keep these numbers low. Having said that, the big problem is with jerks who never intended to honor the payment in the first place. You can use payment processors like eGold, but what percentage of your target market has an eGold account? Moneybookers is another, maybe better, option, but again, many people who buy ebooks don't have a Moneybookers account and wouldn't want to go through the trouble of opening one. ClickBank is certainly a solution, as is 2CO (if you don't mind paying the $49 fees).

I have developed a way to deal with people who do malicious chargebacks and reversals on me using Paypal. I would say it is not a method that should not be openly discussed on this site however because it walks a fine line between being unethical and just plain vengeful. It does however make them wish they would have never done a reversal or chargeback on me in the first place each and every time.
