If Obama wins the election, there will be an increase in tax for adsense and will also implement tax payment for adsense publisher outside U.S soil and all outsource company who is doing outsourcing outside U.S will be required to pay TAX..just to let people know about this..what do you think..
You have not understood the implications of Obama's policies correctly. Obama's policies will IMPROVE your financial position in both medium and long run scenarios. I highly encourage all small business owners, sole traders and other online entrepreneurs to vote Obama if you would like to see an economic situation where we have the potential to make a LOT more money. Please study his economic policies carefully and compare them to the boom that was experienced under Clinton - also a Democrat.

Are you guys drinking alcohol lately? Do you understand what "Outsourcing" means? From wikipedia: Now tell me in plain english, How does Adsense fits into Outsourcing. Are they telling you to save cost by running your website. They dont care F about you. You are a publisher and google has a SLA with you which is limited to they providing a service to your as long as you abide by their adsense T&A. Its not outsourcing its just a service. Get your facts right and next time, if you dont understand the economic policies dont confuse the newbies. Obama 's policies will not effect adsense in any way.

Since when non US residents/businesses have to pay taxes outside their country? Since when do I have to pay taxes in Portugal and in the US at the same time? Sorry, it just can't be done (period).
I think some people are forgetting few points here. First of all, the generic rules says, as of today, if you are earning in USA, you need to pay taxes in USA, unless there is a treaty in between the two countries, USA and the country you belong. This is what you fill that W8-BEN. Under this agreement between the government, if you are paying your taxes in your country, you don't need to pay it in USA. Similarly in return all USA citizens earnings from those countries and paying taxes in USA need not pay taxes in USA. This has nothing to do with Obama or McCain's economic policies. So, if you live outside USA and were not paying taxes, you will still (after elections) not pay taxes in USA.
Obama said that he will give tax exemption to companies which does not do much of outsourcing. He will never even think of taxing a guy who is outside US. That tax belongs to the country where the publisher belongs.
I think taxes will only increase if you make more than 250K, which makes you pretty comfortable, nothing scary about a little increase. This whole disinformation campaign is a sign of desperation from the McCain camp, in the long tradition of dirty campaigning by republicans. Anyway, reducing taxes and blindly increasing spending, like Bush is doing, is an even worse scenario for the economy. People from other countries using Adsense are not concerned, either. Actually, there's a better chance they will not be invaded if Obama wins, so that's always a plus.
Nah, I'd put a strong bet on the Crimean part of Ukraine and possibly some of Georgia again being invaded in Obama's time in command.

Umm, I thought the guy didn't say anything about increasing taxes for outsourcing - just that there'd be tax breaks available only to companies who keep jobs in US. Eh? Some when did that equate to raising taxes related to outsourcing? I'm not even from the US and I understand this. Keep up guys. But by the way, if you're a company based in America, taking advantage of American infrastructure, development, talent etc, why the hell shouldn't you be obliged to keep jobs in the country? Eh? Anyway enough about politics.
I dont thinkthis accurate as the W-9 tax form is an actual treaty between the USA & other countries.. so I think it will depend on the type of operation you have running..
