    ya, websiteoutlook isnt the most reliable sorce for information. It all depends on what your buyer is looking for in your site like the ability to expand, strength of the nitch, amount of origional content, ect. That being said, I personally would spend 1000-1300 for the site

    Well, all of those website valuation tools are pretty much full of bullsh*t. :)

    Lately I've been noticing that AdSense websites usually get sold for 6-8 monthly incomes ... so there's your answer. :)
