Lightspeed Panel seem to be good.
Although they only pay $1 for each survey

The only survey panel that I know of that you can cash out via Paypal is Pinecone Research. And they're very difficult to join. The rest of the survey panels require an accumulation of points up to the equivalent of $10.00 or so, and then they pay via check through snail mail.

Some of them pay in Amazon Gift Certificates, which can then be sold on ebay for paypal cash. I used to sell all of my GCs on ebay. Sometimes they even sold for higher than face value! :D

Most paid survey panels require a U.S. address, but that doesn't have to be a barrier. You can rent a U.S. address from mail forwarding services such as U.S. Global Mail or Access USA Inc. and just use the address that's assigned to you to sign up with the survey companies.

The rewards amount will vary on the length of the survey. Actually, $5 is more than the typical amount for a completed questionnaire.
