It's been over 4 months and I see no sign of any kind of progress at all, no traffic or pagerank, I searched for my keyword on google and it's certainly nowhere on the first 11 pages. The one report i got months ago after pestering you for it had no proof of any work, and I've left you alone now for months and NOTHING has happened. This isn't just about the money, this service has caused me so much frustration. Exe seems to think he can just completely ignore his customers and hope they go away. What the hell is going on?? Do what you promised to do, show some accountability please.
AnHatMan, there is still 2 months left on the deadline promised to you. My apartment has been burgled and I am caught up in resolving that. I highly apologize for all delays in reports, and many were to be sent out on Tuesday and will be done so ASAP, within 36-48 hours. Thanks for your patience.

eXe, as far as I can tell, in your iTrader reviews you have one positive review regarding this service since March 7th when this thread started. From the posts, it seems like tons of people are hanging around hoping you actually do something for the money they paid and their opinions are still up in the air. How do you expect to have any new buyers with that record?
As I said there are 4 other buyers who have had a successful experience, 3 of whom ordered for more sites. I will request them to post itrader ratings for me
I hate to bring this publicly however I feel that if I post here you may actually respond to me. On 1st September you confirmed payment had been received and a top ten ranking would be received within 4 months, with a monthly report of links built and methods used. I have repeatedly chased you via private messages for you to at least be honest and admit no work has been done or provide a report. I appreciate you have stated your apartment was recently broken into (which was three days ago although we're now on week 8 since payment was received) and you stated all reports would be sent within 24 hours. I've seen no movement in my rankings, can see no evidence of new links in Google Webmaster tools and have not even had as much as single report so far. I can't believe at present your still accepting new business and that people are paying for this service when you can't even provide the most basic customer service or honour the service to those clients who have paid to complete this work on their behalf. Thus far I'm absolutely disgusted with your lack of updates and apparent disregard for your clients. I sincerely hope you will provide a report and actually achieve these rankings however right now I really doubt that either will materialise.
well hope all you guys learnt a lesson here never trust anyone who can promise you first page ranking at such a cheap rate and then does not deliver.
Well, don't comment about a situation you aren't aware of. The deal is first page or your money back. Sure there were delays, and those who don't like the delays are getting their money back as per the deal.

And HOW can you keep on taking orders when you've only done a few (as you yourself say) out of the huge amount of orders made in this thread. The deal was not to wait 5 months to possibly get my money back. The deal was first page in google "GAURANTEED" :O! What a great gaurantee. I want you to do what you promised to do, be a man and do the work that you promised. It seems like you just gave money back to a couple people and did a couple of the jobs you promised so you could keep on taking new orders; eventually you'll probably just dissappear with the money. Man, if you guys paid with paypal just file a complaint, paypal will refund regardless of what a seller claims since it is a virtual good. Sad but true. If you paid, got nothing... well reference the thread and get a refund

First, i have purchased SEO from eXe before, and i must say, he did a good job... and yes, sometimes he is a bit late on the delivery date, but keep in mind, he gets alot of signups for this, however, if you wait, it will be well worth it... SEOing a website takes times, and sometimes alot of time... Besides, for some keywords, it is nearly impossible to get #1, but he does know what he is doing when it comes to SEO, so please, give him a chance and give him a little more time, and i am sure you will see results.
You are right! He does good job but he promises and then he forgets the promise. Upon his promise we give our words to our clients and when HE does not deliever, it breaks OUR promises to OUR clients. Ask eXe, I have been really patient and nice to him. I have his cell number but I never bug him, now my client is asking for a FULL refund. That puts our credentials in serious trouble! I have lost a client cause of the massive delay!
