    I can see you have already utilized all your available ad units. One at the top at the top right hand sidebar which is only for image ads. Another is a 468 x 60 banner located at the top and another is skycraper at the bottom. Your current setup should be good enough. If it's still not meeting your ctr target then move around a little bit.
