There are many different methods to upload something to windows.

Examples:

1: install an instant messenger program, and send it to yourself
2: install an ftp server program like ServU
3: use torrents to transfer.
4: upload from home to some ftp, and download it at windows server using internet explorer.
5: use mirc / dc++ to send it via dcc

You are allowed to install what you want. If a program gives an error please email this to so this can be done from the admin side. Some programs are restricted on default but can be released with a message to our support desk. Please DO NOT forget to include your email address or DP username you used to signup, in every email to our support desk.

"You must be logged in as an admin to install this program" that's what i got when I tried to install ServU. So now I'm still without FTP.

I think you should explain more clearly so that people who are looking to sign up are fully understand what they're going to get. It's a windows RDA where you can run some certain programs not a VPS where you have an admin access and can install any programs as you wish.
