Haven't check on the keyword searching density per month.
However, i'm optimizing on my long tail keyword for the moment, will keep on improving until meeting the primary keyword eventually!

I'd like to ask you about approach to submission. Did you submit your site manually to Google or pointed a link from somewhere to your site so that Google could find it?

I submitted my site manually to major search engine including google, and pointed my site from other website as well. Both approach has been implemented.
