    This is really amazing.. If a site is earning $10-$20 a day then why on earth would you want to sell for $150 thats about 1 week revenue? You mentioned you have to pay rent but come on..

    No need to ask for "help" here. All you gotta do now is present your traffics and revenue stats. If it's all valid then someone will buy the site in no time.

    But I know no one would sell a site making that kind of revenue for just $150.
