    father ( told his son): i have selected a girl for you
    son : no dad i dont wna marry
    father: but she is a daughter of billgates
    son: ok i am ready

    ---
    father(went to billgates): i want your daughter to marry my son
    billgates: no , not at all
    father: but my son is the CEO of world bank
    billgates: OK , i am ready

    ----

    father(went to world bank): give my son the post of CEO
    world bank officials: no , we can't hows that possible
    father: but my son is the son in law of billgates

    world bank officials: OK

    so in this way , a great father manages a great marriage and job for his son
