Huhuhhu!...I got an infraction stating I'm Banned for Multiple Accounts!

    I just checked my email and found an email from DP with subject:

    You have received an infraction at DP

    Dear affiliategirl,

    You have received an infraction at Digital Point Forums.

    Reason: Multiple Accounts (Permanent Ban)

    This infraction is worth 10 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

    I was very much surprised and, of course, worried, so I replied immediately and addressed it to the DP webmaster.

    This was my message:

    Hi, Webmaster!

    I am very much surprised with this infraction because I only have one
    account maintained at DP since I first joined in September of 2006.
    Please give me some solid bases for this action. I am very much
    worried since I am a good member of DP ever since and never did
    anything to harm anyone in the forum or the forum itself.

    Thanks for your attention. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Then I checked my profile and confirmed the infraction. It says:

    "Multiple Profile Infraction, Oct. 27, 2008, Expires: Reversed, Points: 10, Reason: Accounts (Permanent Ban)"

    How could this be possible? Yes, I received infractions before for duplicate threads or posting at the wrong section when I was still a newbie, but never as grave as this. Please help me understand. I've been a good member here in DP ever since, trying to help those in need in my own little way (please check my posts), and never behaved badly, and this is what I get...:confused:

    Could somebody please help explain...I'm confused and offended... :(

    its mods fault ;) so they reversed the infraction it seems :)

    may be they issued infraction while seeing your post in some thread

    which they suppose to give to some one else :confused:

    You received this infraction because according to DP rules you are only allowed to have 1 Account!

    You might just want to have this thread closed as well because whining about infractions is also against the rules and may result in another infraction.
