well one guy want to send me 4000 $, so what the best way to get that money from them, paypal not support my country and WU they did not send he so far from WU, but i think wiretransfer or bank transfer is good though?
You can try moneybookers but you must take some low amount for the first time in order to understand everything related to moneybookers as $4000 is some healthy money . He can also send you Cheque

Plimus is a good way too but it charge amount as a commission ..Well i think so he can afford it btw i am not into plimus or 2checkout just heard a lit bit here only so that is why i suggested him moneybookers or Cheque system
i have heard 2 check out charge 49$ in advance and money bookers is also charge or not i dono - plimus charge commission but i guess not more than the above 2 - plus it has option of pay pal so in pakistan we can also take payement on plimus by the option of pay pal Dani
