    Only Indian Credit Cards works to verify indian paypal account. None of Indian debit cards works to verify paypal account whether it is national or international.

    You need to use a credit card in order to verify a PayPal account. As of now, debit cards cannot be used for this purpose.

    Indonesia Bank Visa Debit Card also rejected by Paypal. The other way is using credit card, but will give us more fraudulent risk.

    Indian Debit Cards are not always International Debit Cards and may not work outside of India and Nepal. You would need a bank-issued credit card for it.

    He is right,but Don someone told me few days back that debit card from Punjab national bank work with paypal verification,i am not sure,any idea?

    Not only Bank of India, You cannot do from any Indian Bank. They simply reject the card in paypal,

    Many of my clients got same problem.

    As others said, you cannot use Indian debit cards to verify your PayPal account. Yes, you can use VCC for verification, but you'll get into trouble if PayPal limits your account, so it is better that you use credit cards for the verification.

    Vcc can be used. you can also use AVS VCC. that is adress verification.

    I heard this first time jimmy so not sure that its fully right or wrong. Maybe someone who has debit card from PNB more focus on this.

    As far as my knowledge paypal not accept any indian debit card for verification.
