It also needs to allow warez linking , torrent linking , adult sites ...I dont need it to allow file hosting....Althought if i can get image hosting in that aswell then brilliant but not of great importance...Also if they can allow free forum sites aswell then good but also not of great importance.....

I heard 55host is good but they do not allow warez

I would search for hosts that have servers in russia/china.

ok thanks.......well i was acctually with 55host before..... i bought then the next day they stopped allowing warez linking so i upped and left......russia wud be expensive......china would be alot cheaper but i only know 1 master reseller in china and thats santrex but the server gets ddosed alot and is really slow......
