I just did quick search on You Tube for Biden and his past and present comments. I then chose the results at random. No particular news source was singled out, contrary to the usual would be Fox News Card flingers.

I think you know full well what I am talking about. Many have tried, none have succeeded. When someone says something counter to the left, its generally assumed that they watch that there Fox News? Why that is? I'm completely oblivious.

If I want to watch Fox News I turn on MSNBC. All they do is talk about Fox News. Thats pretty much the gist of my viewing time, outside of the NFL on Fox. But I supposed that is skewed too.

Come on, this Fox News BS is utter nonsense. I mean hell, Biden got smacked into another dimension with questions from ABC (the All Barrack Channel). But I suppose that was a conspricy by none other than that there Fox News.

I bet if you did a search on DP for Fox News and Nixon, Fox News might actually even have AC and his fearmonger festish beat for once.

Only a select few here will know what I am talking about no doubt.

Well I could do a whole lot more reading but there really is only one document I need to read.

The United States Constitution: The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.

The vice president serves as the President of the Senate, and may break tie votes in that chamber. He or she may be assigned additional duties by the president but, as the Constitution assigns no executive powers to the vice president, in performing such duties he or she acts only as an agent of the president.

The Vice President's only true job is to secede the President.

Do some reading yourself. And while you're at it, GET PALIN to do some reading too please!

Most Vice Presidents HATE presiding over the Senate because they are reduced from the high stature of their office to a gavel banger for hours at a time. So they rarely do it unless they have to.

How much does it cost to fake a verification of your birth certificate's authenticity by the Hawaii State Health Department?

Considering the Gov of Hawaii is a democrat, probably nothing in Obamas case

lol, are we down to praying that I just made it up now?

Or is this your admission that you asked me to do more reading having not even checked the constitution yourself?

Article 1 section 3. The United States Constitution.

The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.

EDIT: Wait I think you misread. I put what the constitution actually said in italics but the part about his only true job was by me. It was a logical deduction considering his senate presidential job is mostly ceremonial except in a tie situation leaving only one other constitutional job left.

The Vice President is in no way in charge of the senate as Palin seems to believe. Her job in the senate would be to break a tie and take part in some ceremonial duties.
She doesn't understand the job description of the position she's running for.
There is no way I could vote for anyone with her on the ticket.
I like John McCain and think he would be a good president, but in this instance he has done his country a disservice by choosing Palin, leaving a lot of people unable to vote for him, including long-time, high-profile republicans.

The job of presiding over the Senate is an embarrassment and a joke. Usually given to Senate freshmen because they can hardly get the VP to even do it unless there is a tie.

Hence, the Vice President only has one true job. To secede the President.

    2 quick points.

    1) I hereby challenge Governor Sarah Palin's citizenship..... I know she has a birth certificate and it can probably be verified by the state she was born in..... shall I go on or have I made myself sound sufficiently ridiculous?

    2) So are you admitting that all your other theories are idiotic and now just clinging to the hope that (I'm LOLing as I type this) Barack Obama has faked his birth certificate and the Hawaii dep. of Health is lying because it's a Democrat state?

    Please say so.

For one, you do sound sufficiently ridiculous, but not solely from these comments.

and secondly, if Obamas documentations are all legit, why not produce them to the court, and end it all?

Finally, The man is dirty, corrupt, and the evidence to prove so is overwhelming. He is not fit to be president. The ruling by the judge is obviously predetermined by someone else. This is not the first time Obama has used legal pull to favor himself.

    asumming your voting for Obama

Joe Biden did not know the role of the vice president!

    You said you the following:

Originally i did not like her as the pick, but after further review of her record and seeing her in action during the debate, showed me that she was very capable of doing the job.

Please show me specific examples of Biden asserting roles or functions of the vice president that do not exist. I won't be surprised if you can come up with them, since Biden has such a big mouth, but if you're going to assert that he doesn't know the role of the vice president please show examples.

    quoting Biden
    Now,

But Biden is confusing which part of the Constitution covers the Executive Branch (it is Article II, not Article I). More importantly, the notion that the vice president can preside over the Senate only when there is a tie vote is simply wrong. Nor is it true that the only legislative involvement the vice president has is to break tie votes. The vice president is the president of the Senate, where he interprets the rules and can only be overridden by a vote of 60 senators.

Early vice presidents spent a lot of time in the Senate. Thomas Jefferson even spent his time writing “A Manual of Parliamentary Practice: for the Use of the Senate of the United States.” Modern vice presidents may show up only when they think tie votes will occur, but that is their choice

Read my post that quoted your post. Not only will you realize I obviously know Jimmy Carter was a governor, but you'll hopefully see what I meant by quoting your post.

We've gone through this about a million times already. As much as some would love for Palin's idiocy, Biden's correct statements, or the Constitution itself to magically morph to something else - well, sorry, fellas, it don't plum work that way. Repeating it ad nauseum won't change things, either.
