    The theme, the color scheme, and the page layout is nice, I think the

    The thing about the menu bar, we photoshopped it as best as we could, the other option is to have the site load 5 seconds slower.

    You really have to look hard for the small blurs. Agree guys?

    One way to make it load faster would be to make the background images smaller and then set the background colour as the dark grey at the bottom. At the moment the background images is quite big. The thing thats most effecting the speed of the site is probably the flash box but that makes your site stand out so I would keep it tbh.
