Thanks for visiting my thread and for purchasing Could anyone please help me out here? I wanted to know is providing this service legal and allowed? Is my pricing ok? The people who answer this are getting 60 domain LLLL.net list(28-10-08) [Only 3 replies] Thanks in advance
No one here can give you legal advice except for an attorney. In my opinion, you're providing a service to people for a very good fee. I don't see why it would be illegal. It's a smart idea.
daddyoh - Thanks But I provide dropped/deleted domains.. and suppose a domain(eg: google.com) is a trademark or a copy right of a company and they are late by renewing it by 1 day and someone from my email list grabs it.. I might get into trouble This is just one way, there might be other ways of getting stuck into legal issues. Thanks for your comments on the pricing List of 60 domains SENT!
Providing dropped list is legal imho. There are some websites that provide drop list. The pricing is ok. It is not too expensive.
