Until then would you settle for a folksy Alaskan you betcha gal who 2 months ago was more clueless than most educated Americans about the constitution?
Pallin is Gov. of Alaska which is an executive position. That's more experience than Obama has. I'd trust Pallin over Obama any day. At least we knowthat Pallin is an American Obama may not even be an American citizen. There's been plenty of cases where Police and Military have been found to be illegal aliens.
Comparing records and experience, I'd put Palin at more experienced than Obama as a statement of fact, unbiased, 100% fact that is. In comparison to say Biden, who does have experience and longevity, I'd say she wins out there to. She at least knew what the VP's job was, and what Article of the US Constitution those duties were mentioned. Unlike Biden who did not know that the VP was the President of the Senate. Pretty scary considering that bumbling fool is a Senator. Who's clueless? Exactly. And, as we have found out... Biden does not even know what an Excutive position is. True. That posibility is always there. Though I lean more twoward the "alien" or ET theory.
Experience at what exactly? This isn't an oil rich state we're talking about, this is a nation. The mightiest on earth. She didn't bring the state back from oblivion, she passed out checks like a "socialist". She simply spread the wealth around I'm an experienced webmaster and server admin but that doesn't make me qualified to be president. What I'm saying is on every issue where it counts, in these times, Obama defeats her hands down. Foreign policy, world view, understanding how our government works. Remember she was a constitutional retard just 2 months ago and didn't even know what the VP even does. You could say hey she's a fast learner but then you'd have to give Obama credit for being at this 2 years as opposed to 2 months. And we wouldn't want to do that We know he defeats McCain too which is why I can't coax any Republicans into coming out for McCain and explaining why he's so great no matter how hard I try.
No, she doesn't. I wonder if some people truly believe that just by repeating it, it will at some point be believed? Yep. Old Joe didn't know what he hell he was talking about. Now, he did say Article I deals with the role of the Vice President, and I'm sure some will just keep getting giddy over his saying so. In fact, he was right. Article I, as shown lays out the role of the Vice President with respect to the legislature, which was the discussion at hand. Article II deals with the Presidency, not the Vice Presidency, and it isn't until we get to Amendment 20 that we deal with issues of succession, to include the Vice Presidency. Any normal reading will see what was said, and what not said, but again, that requires a "normal" reading. Well, since you're asking, Sarah Palin. And a few others. Astounding to see what seems to me to be the shark feed over the dregs of the far-right movement within the G.O.P. As I pointed out yesterday, the headline on the G.O.P.'s official website is a spectre-image along the line, "who is the real Barack Obama," and a "Joe Biden gaffe timeline." Karl Rove's playbook doesn't work anymore. The American people have rejected it. Good.
Being the mayor of a small town is by definition "executive experience". Repubs love to jump and point at how governor is literally executive experience and that's fine. But Sarah Palin is LIVING PROOF that it doesn't qualify you on it's own to be president or even VP. As evidenced by her first major interviews and the absolute scramble to cram for the debates and follow on speeches. Guys her own campaign staff is admitting now that she is unqualified and how hard it was to get her ready and put all this information she DIDN'T KNOW into her head. So pointing at her governorship actually does nothing more than help form a better argument against it being the kind of executive experience you need to get us out of the Bush mess. Barack Obama was born on American soil. FACT: Sarah Palin has no more proof of her citizenship than Barack Obama does. Get over it Wishful thinking? Not even worth a response.
That he was a socialist who spread the wealth around? That he was a constitutional retard? Did he try to boost his foreign policy experience by stating he can see Russia from his house? Did he make a fool of himself on national television with his lack of knowledge? How is this similar?
Carter gave the Panana canal away. Inflation reached 20%+ and unemployment peaked at 10.8% The US almost lost the cold war due to Carter. Another fact is that under Carter the US military suffered more training deaths due to the poor state of equipment than the US has suffered in the war on terrorism.
Its not my job, nor do I have the time to run around defending records. All anyone need do is look them up. If you actually do that and have half a brain, coming to a logical conclusion is not difficult, unless of course you let emotion and an agenda dictate your politics. The records are there. I still get a kick out of Biden not even knowing that the VP not only has the legal right to preside over the Senate, its one of his primary responsibilities. Joey thought that Cheney made that up. The VP is not only the VP, he's the highest ranking member of the Senate. Joe was trying to convince the American public that Cheney some how manipulated the Constitution to allow him to not only be a Senator, but preside over the Senate. Like, Duh, that's the VP's job. Look at the records. When not using emotion, the factual evidence presents the real truth.
Presiding over the senate and running it are 2 different things. He is not the highest ranking member of the Senate. He's not even a Senator. Only Senators are allowed a voice on the Senate floor. He is not. His role is ceremonial unless in the event of a tie which is the ONLY time he can even cast a vote.
Guess it's easier to play the long-ago tired refrain, "Northpoint's emotionally imbalanced," then, the insult/ad hominem ("half a brain"), than to deal with, uh, the Constitution itself, and a pretty straightforward post discussing it. You know, folks, it may be complicated for Sarah Palin, and one or two others, but it seems a pretty simple, declarative, single sentence: Classic - yesterday, today, always, apparently.
Obama was in the senate for 143 days before he decided he could be president. 143 days! 143 days! This is absurd. Palin has over 4000 days of experience! 4000! We are talking about running the country, not a campaign. Obama has spent more time campaigning than leading. I cant believe all the dirt this man has on him. From terrorist associations, to supporting the deaths of living babies!! The only thing this man knows, is what he is being told by the democrats. 143 days!! Come on people!. It takes longer than that for a grocery cart guy to be promoted to bagger!! For a deputy to become sheriff. Anyone voting for this man should really research a little harder. Because he has a track record f being a cruel, lying, corrupt man.
Someone, somewhere, was talking about emotion, and clarity of thought? Ah, Now, Simply. Palin has "8000 days of experience." Of what? She was elected Governor of Alaska in 2006. About as long as Obama has been running for President. Other than that, she was Mayor of a town of, what, 6500? This is your much-vaunted "experience?" If "time in executive experience" is your benchmark, hell, why not the guy running the mobile hot-dog stand, outside the town's one gas station - I heard he's been at it for 35 years - would he, too, qualify? Yeah, heard that somewhere.
North your wrong. And i will tell you why. You are wrong because once this cover-up is exposed. The judge that made the ruling will be dismissed of their corrupt duties. Besides, I just don't believe you. All obama had to do was produce a birth certificate to the court. He never did it. He has never presented it to any pre-election committee. Its always been ignored and overlooked. Even if the certificate is real, he would be considered an Indonesian, because he left the states, and enrolled in an Indonesian school. Then tried to come back when he was 10. Once he was 18 he was required to take an oath of allegiance in order to regain his citizenship. It never happened. Why dont you quit trying to find things wrong with the case, and look at the very facts that the judge has dismissed. He has a solid case. There are multiple reasons why Obama is not a citizen, not just one. Obama won the senate by picking off all of his opponents with legal technicalities. The courts are nothing new to Obama. He has the connections, he has the support. He is a corrupt man, and he is not even an American.
Hahahahah - well, yep, whatever you need. Can we safely say you've yet to read the briefs? Did you want to add a "so there?" Dude - you cannot understand it wouldn't matter if Berg was substantively right - DO YOU LITERALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS ALREADY PRESUMED, FOR THE PURPOSES OF RULING ON A MOTION TO DISMISS - AND IT DOESN'T MATTER? Don't know why I try. Good luck, Simply.
Are you as sure of all this as your are about dual citizenship being illegal? You show your ignorance of US law nearly every time you post. Keep it up.
