Alrighty, I usually check out WHT for my hosting needs, but I can't really straight up ask over there so I figured I'd ask here. I'm looking for some advice if anyone knows some good hosts that can provide what I'm looking for: -Fast Servers -EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT (this is why i'm leaving my current host) -Space/Bandwidth isn't a huge concern, the whole you get what you pay for thing, ...but i'd like it to be decent of course... -Knowledgeable Support...I might have a lot of questions..I need good, and decently quick answers... -Master Reseller (would prefer HSphere, but CPanel I could live with I suppose) -Ability to either have my own PHP.ini per account, or willingness on the side of the host to make certain changes? (will at least be using magentoecommerce...and it has some specific PHP requirements) These are my main areas...notice i didn't mention much about price or space/bandwidth...because although I am looking for a decent deal...i'm not willing to settle for crap just because it's a low price So if you can host me yourself, speak up, or if you have some recommendations, speak up there too

Might I inquire why you are having trouble at WHT? These do not seem like out of the ordinary questions to be posing over there, and certainly do not look like they would violate the rules? Or are you talking about the fact that you need to stick to looking in the offers section over there and the fact that us hosts cannot tout our services? Them's the rules. They are not different here as of late, so you'll likely see a similar response as a result. Your best bet is to ask this question of consumers on WHT, not hosts directly. Good luck!
I asked over there a few times before, and both times my threads were closed and I was infracted (even though I didn't think I was breaking the rules either, lol) I try and use the request a host feature and I always get responses that don't meet my needs in the end. I'm slowly looking through all the posts over there in the offers forums, but thought if I could get a few personal offers here (via PM) or people suggestions I'd have a little more to help me look
Odd. You're best bet is the offers forum. Did the infraction say the reason why? They give very good explanations over there when you get an infraction. Not silly idioms or wisecracks.
