If there is no copyrighted material on the site, then I guess it is ok. But you can confirm via contacting adsnese support.
And of course you can back up that claim right? Also am I mistaken or does the site in your sig have adsense and copyrighted material all over it?
As long as those episode descriptions haven't be swiped from somewhere, it's probably fine. It would be against the Adsense Program Policies if it was displaying copyrighted video, whether the video was locally hosted or not.
As the site does not actually contain any videos or have any copyrighted material on it, he's not breaking any rules. I ran a site like that for ~6 months a year back and had no problems.

The issue was whether the site was displaying copyrighted content, which doesn't appear to be the case. It looks like webhead2 is the only one who thinks it's against ToS, so he'll have to explain.

Selling a website is just changing management and it is not against TOS unless the website contains materials that violates TOS.
is placing google adsense on a Proxy site is ok... or its again google TOS. I bought this site: proxiess dot com today but really confused about it. Can I place adsense on this proxy site or not. Please guys.. reply me asap. Thanks in advance
there's nothing wrong with that site from what I see. I checked out the description and it appears to be unique. @webhead2 how is that site taking your traffic? care to explain? @badeyes placing adsense on the frontpage is ok, but placing it on proxied pages is against adsense terms as your monetizing others content.
