Selling ALL my sites as I have got a full time job since the past six months and no time.

Karichat.com - PR3 - This is a chat software application site which has around 20 clients. Site makes $100/month on average. Has many Top 20 rankings for important keywords.

Seobay.com - PR3 (was PR5) - My main site which has earned me over $7000 in SEO contracts in 2007. Listed in Dmoz, has good rankings but these can be improved. A good SEO can easily make $12k/year from this one site alone.

TheSEOBook.com - PR3 - Ranked in top ten on Google for 'seo book'. Earned over $1100 in the past 1 year or so.

SeoGeek.info - PR3 - My SEO blog - no income. Can be packaged with above two sites to make a nice SEO package deal.

One-Source.net - PR4 - Affiliate site selling a dropshipper directory, has good rankings. Made over $680 in commissions since Jan 07 ($418 in this year).

SerenaWilliams.us - PR0 - Serena Williams fan site. makes around $10/month form Adsense. April 20 - Oct 24 - 38,106 visitors/$77.23 income

UploadPSD.com - PR4 - ranked on no.1 and no.2 positions for main keywords. Not much income (somewhere around $10/month). April 25 - Oct 24 - 32,215 visitors/$48.14 income

Web-Mart.com - PR2, 7 year old domain - Amazon shopping site based on the AOM script. Adsense income and a little Amazon income ($828 in Sales and $45 commissions this year). March 7 -Oct 24 - 41,024 visitors/$47.52 Adsense income.

MozilaFirefox.net - PR0 -WP blog on Mozilla. Put Adsense on it recently - already made $18 this month from Adsense. Sept 18 - Oct 24 - 3,294 visitors/$22.50 income.

YourFileSender.com - PR4 - Free file sending site with very little Adsense income. Sept 3 - Oct 24 - 1,966 visitors/$3.17 income.

BeatriceDalle.com - PR2 - French actress fan site with top ten rankings. Very little Adsense income. May 4 - Oct 24 - 17,028 visitors/$5.98 income.

CandiceMichelle.us - PR0 - Candice Michelle fan site with little Adsense income. April 20 - Sept 23 - 11,048 visitors/$13.26 income

AutoPilotBiz.com - PR3 - Master Resale Rights and Private Label Rights selling site - you keep 100% of the income. Made around $300 in a month (in March) but paypal had some objections to my selling this stuff via Paypal so I had to close it down. If you have a different payment processor account like Moneybookers or Egold, you can start it again.

EducationalToy.us - PR3 - Childrens educational toys affiliate site. Used to rank well for certain terms, can still be made to rank for important keywords.

LearnToPlaytheGuitar.net - PR3 - Ranks well, made a few sales as well. You keep 100% of the income.

JavaGamesRoom.com - PR0 -Aged games arcade site. Used to get 4000+ vistors a month, now has fallen to 250-450/month.

Harry-Potter.us - PR0 - Harry Potter fansite, no income.

Stats & Income screenshots: All sites stats and income screenshots are available but only on a request basis, i.e. I have not taken any screenshots yet but will do so only on a particular request.

Only serious buyers will be given the stats and income screenshots.

Prices: - Make offer. The sites will be sold on first come, first served basis and I have the right to decline any offer. Best offer gets the site.

Payments: Only reputed and old members can pay via Paypal, others will have to pay via escrow or wire transfer - no exceptions.

Shifting: The buyer will be solely responsible for the shifting of the site as I have no time to help. I will only give the buyer the Cpanel/FTP username and password.
