It's definitely not just you. I have heard this talked about a lot lately. It has to do with text messaging and IMing all of these things are giving us "short-hand" habits. It much quicker to just write and not worry about grammar errors or spelling errors when you're are typing quickly.

Communication is not what you speak, but what others understand. So, as far as you understand what people are trying to convey, it is fine.Not everyone speaks English like a American or British.

mate people tend to write in a weird style because they want to make the post short and quick. most of the time it is the difference b/w you getting the work or not. neways sorry you feel the way you feel

I agreed. And sometime, people point out others' mistakes of English writings, speaking, and reading skills, but in the same time, they do have mistakes on those English skills. So I don't know what to say about this.
