Need a logo edited - quick and easy - $5 via paypal

I have a large photo 3648x2736 of a window decal that I need cut out/cropped or remade so I can make copies of it. I need this job done asap and payment will be made via paypal upon completion. I need the yellow portion cut out, since that is what I will be printing as a sticker. The yellow part has to be about 2x2inches but everything must remain in proportion.
