Does name.com have proper support?

i've been trying to contact name.com for the past week, without a zero response.

They listed a domain on their site "available to register" and i went through the process, and paid and it said there was an error. And the paypal status on the transaction is on "pending", so i thought maybe it was a weird error, and i could resend them the money, and they'd resolve the problem with the first transaction later. I really wanted to get the domain.

So i did it again and the same thing happened. I did a whois and it turns out that the domain is already registered with someone else, and also with some other company, so name.com falsey advertised it. and the reason the transaction never went through and money is on pending, is due to this.

anyways i sent them several emails to support @ name.com and days have passed without a single reply, and i have $40 i sent them, that is still on pending, that i cannot use or get back it appears.

When the money is on pending (the other side has to approve or cancel i guess) it takes the money out, and you cant use it, or do anything, and you cant even file a paypal dispute, or claim.

So i'm wondering if they have a real support system like ticket support? I always find their sit every hard to navigate and even use, but so far i only see the phone numbers, and email.

    Anyone know?

then i don't know whats up with mine. i contacted them days ago, and once again this morning, and didnt receive a single reply.

I just contact paypal support to see if they can cancel the payments on its side. They should give us the option for stuff like that.

I really liked name.com, but this is really making me never want to send them money again.
