    The site is Ok, the photography looks too stock bank style for me (a little cheesy) but you can easilt fix that. little changes need to be made to tidy up the whole site e.g. the about us title bar does not line up with the navigational box in a nutshell dot the i's and cross the t's.

    color scheme is very good but as dutch harry said u should chance ur head a bit. it takes my eyes on header every second :)

    Nice site.
    But just as a TIP (that I've learned trough e-commerce classes); pictures of employees like that, specially in the header, seem fairly fake to the users. You should add some innovative picture of real employees (if you have of course), because those premade pictures makes sites like this look unrealistic.
