Is This Real?

I was searching through youtube earlier while trying to give myself a scare searching for halloween videos and came across this weird alien footage.

It has been on many tv shows and the people investigating the video have came to the conclusion that it is authentic as it would cost to much to fake.

it seems fake which is what i thought straight off until the news started saying it was real whereas they usually say that it is a hoax.

I never believe in such a thing specially that kind of thing, When I saw the video I got my self laughing because looks very fake.

There are surely UFOs and aliens which are classified as 'organisms living in other planets' existing in our universe but I don't think they have reached our planet yet because if they did, why would they want to act as someone mysterious and trying to give us a question mark?
