I own a new Martial Arts Community/Portal online. I am looking for a new member of my team. Your specific duties will entail promoting/advertising/marketing the website. You can do this it how you want, but please run it by me first.

The contract will be for 1 year only, with an a permanent position available after the contract if you do a good job.

    1 year plan of Revenue
Month 1: 80% (Initial 5% extra due to startup)
    Months 2-4: 75%
    Month 5: 65%
    Months 6-8: 60%
    Month 9: 55%
Months 10-12: 62.5% (yes, the last month has gone up since it's nearing the end of the contract)

Thereafter a 10% share of all future revenue. I personally do NOT see how it could get any better than this, since not only will you get a great deal; but after your 1 year contract has ended then you will still be earning by doing nothing.

Additional benefits include getting tickets to watch Martial Art related events, as well as other on-site benefits (such as special account etc).

Obviously the harder you work the more you will earn, and you should expect to do most of the work yourself (however, I'll be happy to do some of the more simpler work)

As proof I will give you access to all online logs (such as adsense etc), as well as providing you with a monthly statement.

Note than any funding will come from you alone, and I shan't provide anything.

You are also free to monetize the website however you wish, since that's where your revenue will come from. (This includes selling links and banners, or even P2C programs such as adsense-- it's up to you). The other revenue will be a special feature which I shan't discuss here.

    THE URL IS: www.martialchat.com
Please feel free to reply to this thread, or PM me here or over at Martial Chat for additional information. Thanks.

edit: Payment will be monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on your preferences.
second edit: I've heard 1 year is too long, so you have the choice of either a 6-month similar contract or a full yearly one.

And sorry for the late reply, DP's servers keep timing out and It's very hard to get on (It's all I can manage to post this).
