I've decided to do something different for my new product. Instead of just going ahead and developing and releasing it, I plan to document it all - right from the initial stages of development to release. I don't have any intention to profit from this thread, I just believe that there really needs to be some sort of resource that teaches aspiring publishers how to get out there and develop, release and market their own product. I'm going to set myself a target release date for the 1st of December - 35 days from now. This should give myself ample time to take care of all aspects of development including writing the sales letter and designing the site. I don't plan to hide anything (other than the niche that I've chosen for the first couple of weeks ) - I will share every detail of my marketing plan, sales and PPC statistics, how I'm recruiting affiliates etc. Even if the product doesn't sell as well as I hope it will be an interesting read nonetheless! Day 1 has been posted on my blog. Cheers, Liam
Thanks wicked! I stuck to my promise today and started writing the eBook. Full details are on the blog.
Great Blog Posts! Love reading about the journey! Just started selling with CB myself and am interested in creating a product so this will be a great journey! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the comments guys. Days 3, 4 & 5 have been posted. At this rate I should be completing the eBook by day 8 or 9. It should get pretty interesting from there!
^ I think the refund issues with a lot of products on Clickbank is their promise to solve a solution but only deliver a "work around solution" that never addresses the ACTUAL solution (if that makes sense)... hence why so many people request refunds. I'm aiming to provide as many solutions as possible in my eBook (e.g if that doesn't work, try this) so that they have very little reason to request a refund.
I really enjoy following people's projects along like this. I'll make sure to read up on your progress.
Hehe, I bet half of your success as far as gained affiliates will come from this post. Good work, looking forward to following your blog.
