Which photo gallery goes well with Joomla

    Which photo gallery script can be best used with Joomla. Also, how easily such script can be integreted with Joomla.

    Hi,

    Not able not find much, as I have decided to go for wordpress + Gallery combination. Few initial findings have revealed that Gallery2 works well with Joomla. Its not because Gallery2 is better than coppermine or so, its the fact that there are number of free addons available for Gallery2. For eg you an refer to following site for gallery2 addons:

    I suggest to go for zOOm media gallery. It's great to work with.

    zoom is working fine with mambo and joomla but coppermine is the best

    I use simple image gallery, but here is a bunch of Joomla galleries:
    extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,listcats/cat_id,1779/Itemid,35/

    Gallery2 Does work very well with Joomla. I have a number of sites setup for this. It integrates well and looks very nice too!!

    The most used are:
    RSGallery 2, Gallery 2, Zoom
    I recently installed RSGallery2 and are very happy. It has some small problems to load, but I think we should try.

    I personally have used coppermine, since its free. You many want to go for any paid gallery script.

    I'm using this plugin for bridging Coppermine and Joomla.

    Both the plugin and Coppermine is open source & free and so is Joomla :)

    I would choose Coppermine. Zoom also integrates good, but the first would be my choice... I guess there is a question of personal preference
