What is the best CJ affiliate for an Arcade site?

    Ignore what they are saying. NeverBlue doesn't require that. When I applied NeverBlue manager called me to ask a few basic questions. My site at that time only had about 500 clicks a day.

    I actually downloaded that toolbar myself. It's the most easiest download you can find and that's why it will reap the benefits of your hard work.

    PS I am not here to promote NeverBlue.
