what is your suggestion how open paypal account from non paypal country list?

i know , very risky to open paypal account by Proxy or VPN but please suggest if wanna do it, what is the best way?

 

Suggestion is DON'T OPEN EVERY FROM ANYTHING. You will end up getting your account limited.
Now it's upto you.

It is best not to do it. If they actually allow people to use fake addresses and pretend to be from another country then the whole purpose of blocking some countries would be useless.

Your only options would be either to move to a paypal supported country or wait till your country is supported. Anything other methods would be deemed against your contractual agreement and enough to get your account limited. If you use fake details, how can you expect Paypal and your customers to ever trust you ?

 

Please do it to get ur money locked in ur account.

 

Never try to fool PayPal - the end will be negative to you!

 

Moneybooker might be alternate option for you, check whether that supporting your country?

I have given this suggestion in another thread I'll put here too for you to know.
-Please don't purchase any Paypal VCCs. Its illegal and Its risky. Somebody might tell it works for them, but why you do something illegal? you'll end up with frustrations.
-Don't register Paypal from your country using US or Swiss bank account details if you want to open Swiss or US account go to US or Swiss open it, register Paypal and come back.
My suggestion is ask from a relative or close friend of yours who lives in some Paypal accepted country to create a Paypal for you. Then you can use it. Its the best way. Hope this helps.

 

If all you need to do is to receive money through Paypal then I suggest you sign up with http://www.2checkout.com or http://www.plimus.com which are 3rd party payment processors and accepts both credit cards and paypal payments.

well i opened my account using VCC. Pm me if you need the details. to send money i use that paypal. i never recieve the money because i know whenever i do it gonna get limited. To solve that problem i open my account with 2checkout.

Now if i want to recieve paypal i just use the 2Checkout. and get the money into my bank account and to send the money i just use the paypal which i opened with VCC.
