The forum looks good, it loaded rather quickly for me the only thing I would recommend that you change is the colors of the adsense ad in the header to make it match the theme of the forum.
I like the colors and the fast layout. This is a teen site though, not a business site. I find that teens like really dumb looking, busy layouts. No offense to teens though, I used to be one of course.
I liked it alot, loaded quick as well, there is a lot of teen forums out there though. Lots of competition. Nice site.

I really like the site. I think it is very well-organized, but maybe there could be some things that might attract teens more. It's a nice looking site, but perhaps links to other sites that teens have interest in.
Modify your site description, right now it says, If you are trying to target the forum market, then the word "forum" needs to be one of the first words in the site description. Instead of having "An interactive online teen community", at the first of the description, replace it with something like "Teen forum community" Try to eliminate as many junk words as possible. The word "an" is used millions of times across the internet - but that is your first keyword. Do not expect good search engine rankings like that. Rename the "General Forum" to something like "General Teen Forum" - this will help you grab more "teen forum" rankings with the search engines. The layout is nice, nice categories - but you need to work on your site description and keyword placement.
Site looks good but I'm not sure about the blue color. The site looks a little bit impersonal maybe some small graphics on the portal page would help. acl
