He can most likely provide the ratings and the views for your video, there are ways... He can probably get you on most rated and favorited. But he cannot promise getting you on the homepage. The homepage of youtube is picked my youtube moderators. Youtube moderators personally choose which videos go on the home page and I doubt you are a mod. I'm sure its a great service but maybe change what you are promising to give.

As you can read... I was not downing your service. Just saying it is not possible to guarantee someone you do not know will pick the vid for homepage. You can guarantee ratings and all the rest tho.
