Looking for a PHP coder

    I have a little project in mind and I need a PHP coder.
    I need an ORDER page with a couple of price payement going to Paypal and back to the upload page where buyer need to upload a couple of images and informations. So, mySQL would be nice here too...

    Here is what I have, a single Real Estate script getting Trulia properties.
    I need a order page where people can put their business card in their city.
    I have an example of business card at
    http://localestate.net/tennessee/41-TN-Hermitage.html
    on the left side.
    So i want ONE person (exclusivity) for his/her own city.
    If the real estate agent live in miami, florida, he/she pays on the order page, upload his/her info + images (top and photo) and get their business card in their city.

    See what I mean? Is it clear enough?
