I hired the programmer through scriptlance. After he finished the job today he asked me for review which I did - I gave him 6/10. 2 min later he attacked me on the msn, threatened me and then wiped off my whole website, changed my access to my hosting and proceeded to hack my computer. Who deals with this type of crime?
THANK YOU! I don't know the address but overnight I managed to trace quite a few little details like a photo, work address, full name etc. I hope that should be enough. I lodged the complaint with bangladesh police as well. Will get him sooner or later
Yes programmers are crazy!! I agree with that but look at the things they created and contributed to our technology isn't wonderful to have those kind of person.
This is a special case since the crime is committed on the internet, and it's very hard to trace a hacker when he is so damn good at what's doing. Truly knowledge is dangerous but only if the individual abuses that knowledge and use it not for the advancement or benefit of others but the opposite. Unless you hire a really, really good hacker to go after that guy and track him down to make him pay his dues, I guess what you need to do is discard your current username at scriptlance and signup for another, so that you can't be bothered anymore by that one crazy programmer.
Ahhhh lol that's terrible, the image of that guy sitting at his table, smiling and waiting on a "9/10" grade from you. Then snaps at a 6/10. He's a little baby and probably does this to a lot of people. Did you complain directly to scriptlance? Best way to get back at these guys is to cut off their income from the site. "taking notes" Rule #1: never give a programmer a low grade then argue with them on msn Before you close out all access to your site. I know it's not funny, but this is the internet, and people (such as that programmer) read things and intrepret them in different ways.
To all who supported me in the stress. I managed to get a refund through scriptlance. I think he wasn't as good as he thought he was. I'm new to this stuff and don't really know how to get some stuff of my server but I posted on scriptlance (bluffing) that Transcripts from MSN available IP address and records of his access to my server 2 days after job was paid for are available as well. 2 min later I was notified he is refunding my money. So obviously he didn't cover his tracks. I asked my hosting company for all those details but believe it or not they told me that privacy act stops them from giving out his IP address to me For God's sake he was trespassing and they talking about privacy? Didn't like their attitude so got my account cancelled as well and my money back. So if anyone can recommend good hosting which is 24/7 support would appreciate it Cheers and thanks for help Aga
