Just because they aren't aware of your sites yet doesn't mean you won't get banned in the future. I wouldn't take the chance.
I can only say it is big risk since they can ban your website anytime. I wouldnt take this risk because i dont want to lose everything when i request for the payment
Often getting a clear concise answer is hard, it is clear that google doesn't allow ads on gambling sites, but the question is, Are arcade games that simulate a gambling environment (i.e. virtual credits) against their TOS. Only google really knows this. I would tend to place different adverts on instead of taking the risk.
I do believe you can have adsense on arcade and gaming sites as long as actually gambling is not involved. I think the OP was saying site like miniclip.com and such, and not a bodog.com type of thing.
The arcade site for adsense should be fine but the casino site would be a problem. There is a way around that though.
