Submitting a site to google

    Quick Question: Do I need to submit my site to Google or will the crawlers find and index the site on their own?

    No need to submit, the G will find and crawl automatically.
    Just submit it to social bookmarking like digg to crawl fast.

    MikePrice is right you do not need to submit your site to google if you build some high quality
    backlinks google will index your site in no time.

    You no need to submt your site and google will crawl your site once your sit getting popular
    However, if you want to get listed fast, then submit it to google

    It is either way, you can submit it to Google or your can wait for the crawlers to find itself. You can add the site to your signature here and it will be index. Good luck

    I don't think we have to pay anything for submission , if google created submission services than their must be any reason , go and submit your site .

    In my opinion submitting your site to google makes it slower. It takes about weeks when you submit. I usualy give backlink from Yahoo answers and just takes a few hours to get indexed

    It will autometically index your site, but that will take time.
    Submitting a site through Webmaster Tools using a sitemap will speed up the process and you can keep track of your stats very easily.
