So allegdly looks like they take you up quite high on the google rankings (www.30minutebacklinks.com) BUT looking at this review.. seems quite straight forward though if you look at the review below (30 sec video) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=T1S6x95OdHw So would this be a blackhat trick? Likely to get google banned? Your comments / reviews appreciated.
Dear friend! this is very, very-very-very old method to get backlinks, and it is not blackhat Article submit and submit to link directories isn't blackhat too
I bought and tried this recently. The first time you do this and follow the video it is not 30 minutes, but like 12 hours with every thing you need to download. The video is way out of date and many of the screen shots she provides are not what the sites look like now. So, you have to stop the video and try to figure out how to do what she is telling you to do. Next, many of the free sites she tells you to use are no longer free. I had to by a piece of software for $125 to distribute the stuff you build with the video. After two days of work I think I have 30 back links and NO traffic. A big waste of time and money, if you ask me.
I've used this technique in the past and it's very effective if you have a site that relates to programming or something in that category. I tried it with a flash drawing program I made for a drawing site too and though I did get quite a few backlinks none of them were relevant and didn't really help me at all. I don't understand why anyone would pay for this though, since it's extremely easy to do yourself. You can download freeware software to create .PAD files and more freeware software to submit it to hundreds of sites in a couple of minutes.
Thanks for your replies guys..Most useful. Seanblue, yes it makes sense if you have a programming related website..but if you have a real estate website for example, not sure what software you would make to promote. billaaa777 - i would ask for my money back given what you just explained. if any one has any more to share..floor is yours..
Total waste of money. You pay $100 for some videos designed for a beginner showing you how to submit to software directories. All it does it show you how to get some scrappy freeware .exe file, and mass submit it to directories using some freeware PAD programs. I bought it awhile back and immediately got a refund. From the sales copy, it looked as if it was going to provide you with some software creation software that you could submit to high quality directories or something - Get freeware .exe file - Get freeware PAD generator program - Get freeware PAD submitter - Open program and click 'submit' The backlinks you get arent going to be any better than ones you would get from a bunch of random directories on a sub-sub-sub page.
Hello All, I have not paid for the service, but I was smart enough to check the backlinks of the website in the video and understand the strategy. I will not give out the strategy here, coz I dont want to hurt the author. If you are smart enough, figure it out yourself or pay for it. I used this technique on all my websites and it has done TREMENDOUS good to my sites. The thing is again if you do it correctly. I dont know what the author asks you to do, as i never paid for it, but I tried researching on my own. I did a lot of research on this topic, took me some 3-4 days to understand the complete technique. Today I know i can get 7000 links any day for my websites. Some of the links are from authority websites. Maybe i researched even more than the author. Exceptionally good for not so competitive keywords, my websites rank in top 5 sites on G after 2 months of launch.
What I don't get is that if you offer a service such as plumbers, cleaners etc, how can you submit to software directories when you can't really create a software for this kind of stuff ? or can you?
i've done this technique for several sites and it did create good amount of backlinks but not much of traffic...
be careful what you buy - its a temptation to learn from others, but you have to be careful about it.
