Is Yahoo Publisher Ads available for Italy?

    My question is simple: Is Yahoo Publisher Ads available for a forum managed from me (i live in Italy) with a big percentual of visits from Europe?. I saw lot of topics about Yahoo Publisher Ads but i'm not sure if will work to me, any feedback is welcome and thanks in advance.-

    It's still in Beta and only for USA residents with a Valid SSN or Tax ID. Also Site traffic should be from USA (Almost 90% )

    Yahoo would probably announce it in public when the YPN is ready for non US residents. Or else, keep an eye on forums like this one and sure you will find latest happenings around the world. :)
