Thanks everyone for your contribution. I've moved on now except that I'm still trying to see if I can get my money back. I'll say if at al I do

I don t think that you can get your money back! That s it in life sometimes you lose! In this case you did it to your self! Next time open your eyes and read everything! Be happy that you did not get 100 clicks!!!

Come on, we all know Google charges you as much as it can. If you bid $50 a click in a niche with no competition, Google will charge you $30-$40, even if the min bid is $0.02. Google will willingly part a fool and is money. Unlucky btw dynameek.

You can email adwords support , tell them that even you spend high cost per click , it doesnt bring you any leads and require a charge back .

They don't do stuff like that. You pay for an ad, then you don't get the money back.

Actually all three Google Yahoo and Msn will help to offset mistakes. I know because all three have refunded me on different occasions that was their fault, or for mistakes I made, and which I had documented clearly and concisely when writing to explain what happened.

Until you have experience in such... it is hard to say something won't happen.... don't you think???

By all means its worth a try, but I myself wouldn't expect much sympathy from big companies like google if I told them that I put the wrong number in the box. They cover themselves with their T&C unfortunately.

Ouch, well there's nothing you can do but learn from your mistakes and move on. I did something similar once before and it cost me about $50.

I guess I'm too cheap to have that problem I have my daily limits set relatively low "just in case". Interesting to hear about a refund being possible. I remember reading (from the adSENSE point of view) that advertisers could contest clicks if they suspected fraudulent activity. Good luck (and watch out for the decimal point!)
