Whats your favorite LInux Distro and why ?

    Mine is Ubuntu I really thuink is the best at this moment and there are lots and lots of good developers working on it, I also like Debian but Ubuntu is my favorite one and is user friendly, what is your favorite Linux distro and why ?

    Ubuntu rocks lol

    I like it because is easy to use and has many drivers...

    I like ubuntu as well. it is free for commercial use too :D and free home delivery of CDS. :D but quite difficult to install and poor support for Oracle. :D

    ive only tried fedora for a few hours. i will have to try ubuntu it seems very popular :)

    its just because you guys got ubuntu cds at your door steps.. there are some really good distros out there.. like.. somebody mentioned Gentoo

    I have to agree, Ubuntu has a very active and helpful community. There's lots of good general Linux posts that help me on other distros as well.

    It seems like a lot of people here use Ubunutu/Debian type distros.

    It's nice to see more people are becoming aware of the freedom that can be found outside of Windows. I think there's a Linux distro for everyone! You can have it complicated or simple, whatever way you want and for whatever need. That's the beauty of Linux...

    i looked for the largest community. it looked to me that ubuntu has it.

    For me wherever you make it you have it. But for people who need more time should use Ubuntu because it's awesome.
