This is semi-automated submission. That means a human monitors the submission process. This is to ensure that the submission is done properly.

At the price we charge, we do not provide login info as all submissions are done using our account. Currently, we submit to over 300+ article directories. So at $6 per submission, it is impractical for us to register at all the sites for all the customers.

However, there are links to the search engines where you can check the submission results. For premium customers (20 submissions and above), you also have access to a link popularity tool that will track your link count for you.

I think you guys should drop www.articlesbase.com though, the links in my biobox turns out to be nofollow and all 10 of my submitted articles has articlesbase on top in Google...

Another thing, when I wrote my biobox I put in an author name, that name of course didnt match with your account name, so you can expect quite a few article directories to disapprove the article for not matching author and biobox name...

Besides these 2 issues I am happy with the results so far and I will be ordering more, now can I count on the author name to be Gen Wright always so I can make my bioboxes match your account name?

Yes, you can count on the pen name to always be Gen Wright. You can make it match if you like, but so far, we don't have any disapprovals because of name mismatch. Only ezinearticles, which we don't submit to, is very strict about this. The rest like ideamarketers, articledashboard, goarticles, etc, all have no problems.

As for articlesbase, we know that they are nofollow. The only reason we still submit is because it brings u direct traffic, which is good. Since it ranks very well in the search engines, your article will receive impressions, which eventually lead to clicks.
