content is King , so just concentrate on you blog content , you will definately get traffic to your blog if your content is unique
I build backlinks that result in serps increases, bringing natural (safe) traffic, slow tedious but gradual. I prefer to walk down the hill and F**k em all, if you know what i mean, lol
Write Quality content.... Then Join some good forums to show your content.. and comments other blog of your niche.. and submit blogs to some good directories and get backlinks Just go for this quality traffic only you will be to google search rankings in months
I have to agree with the last few. Content brings so many searches your way. The more you start with, the more options google has to pull from in a search.
SE= Search Engines SB = Social Bookmarking sites (i.e. Delicious) .. Writing good content is key - without that obviously nobody is going to be interested in wasting their precious 45 seconds on your blog. I've found that i get a lot of traffic from StumbleUpon - but if you are interested in making money from your blog (i'm not), the StumbleUpon traffic won't help..
The most important thing is to write for People, not for Search Engines. Unfortunately, my blog gets only 5 visitors a day MAXIMUM.
write and submit quality articles to article directories. comment on other blogs and forums. make your blog interesting. submit to social bookmarking site.

Content is King. And for a reason. Don't you worry about traffic for a while. It'll happen if you have unique content. The #1 reason why blogs (and bloggers) fail is that they stop blogging. Seriously. You have to be patient. Keep at it and reap the rewards.
Try commenting on other's blogs and your blog will endup getting attention from other bloggers...keep your comments interesting....What about the topics in your website??... of course it (topics) should be interesting only then people will try reading your articles. Good content will get you returning visitors plus a decent number of subscription which will help your blog to grow soon....find groups who are interested in something that you blog about...Update yourself with all latest information on the topic you are writing.... discuss everything (interesting) you know about the topic you choose.
