TM probs.. but unlike ebay, dont think google is strict on going after domains like this .. but if they think its good to have they will take it so worth 0 for a reseller. ebay is the place to sell this domain if u need to get rid. for somereason people love to buy tm domains there
Google isnt strict on domains pertaining to free things like Google search, Google Earth fan sites, etc - but this is a product that costs money...I have a feeling they won't tolerate it.
Oops that domain name will give you troubles later coz you are using google in it. Google can sue you for that. So, just junk it. Cheers.
G1 on it's own is not a tradmark. In fact they can never set a copyright on that name. In combination with google that's another story But if you take for example mobileG1 thats allowed.
