I have OVH XL2, the speed is awesome for torrent seeding, I can get 4-11MB for upload, but Im looking for faster FTP/HTTP connection, as Im looking for a server for direct download service.

I think OVH server is super fast for inside traffic, but not outside, that's why I want to see if the Premium with 1Gbit connection make a difference, do you have test link I can try from 1Gbit connection server? If it's a lot faster from my XL2, I might take the Premium from you.

Almost forgot, are yours SLA / NoSLA?

 

We work with SLA. If you want to comprovate the speed you have to send me a email and then I´ll give it to you back the dates of the server.

 

Is Warez linking or hosting allowed?
EDIT: + is there extra charge for taking cPanel 11? I dont see anything extra added when I choose that option on your website.

 

We allow only warez linking. You can make a website with links of downloads to megaupload, rapidshare, etc, but you can´t host the warez files directly on the server.

They will install it for you and you need to go purchase a license for the server elsewhere I believe.

 

Very good pricing. However expensive for me compared to others when including Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition 32bit which I would get.

 

As such Biohost said you need to pruchase an original license from Cpanel to use the OS CPanel 11.
