the server so bad.. i use this hosting since last month. server down more than 4 time. the live support always offline and very difficult to contact her.
recently very difficult access to my webpage. i go to cpanel check the server status. that away show the server full load. i think he oversell the hosting service.

 

never buy from a overseller. because from after a month or so you will face more and more problems. can you give me server ip?

Well... there's only ~135 sites on this server. But It's true: server is really usually down. 20% - 80% daily uptime are the ranges this guy has been getting on the last few days... and always overloaded.

I always monitor server behavior, even though I have no sites hosted at his server but the ones I use to monitor this.

thts so funny your a master reseller and I doubt your site will be up for long because youcan not offord that kind of server without thousands of clients so he is on a master reseller just to let you guys know

that load you find in cpanel is not the exact server load. server might be nonresponsive even it shows 6 in cpanel. cpanel doesnt show exact info...

I know that. But I'm not installing status2k nor accessing through SSH to a misconfigured server I'm no longer using.

Cheap cant be good. server has a minimum cost per month.

 

Your website is not resloving bud. you might wanna check on that!

hmmm... so far its ok in my end. I use Opendns.com and its working fine although when im using my ISP's dns, uptime is not so good

 

His site is. Sites hosted on that server aren't: they don't resolve at all. Lucky me, I only setup'd a test site to monitor the server's behaviour through the month.

That's true.

It seems he took down the nameservers he has (they're still there) setup'd at WHM as I'm checking them and they don't seem to work properly.

However, through direct A>IP mapping of the domain, it works properly.

 

i think he changed the 2nd NS before I believe and he sent info to his customers not sure though but my friend she has custom nameservers using the nameserver IPs he provided to her and my friend's site works

 

Yes, that's what I said: the white label NS (no longer as he personally published them at a forum ) don't work, but the IP's do work properly.

Also, there is no 2nd NS : both are the same IP.
