Looking for someone to gather email addresses

I'm looking for someone to gather email addresses from blogs and news sites (sites that accept content) from various niches.

For example, if I specify 'Photoshop' related sites you will go to as many Photoshop related blogs and sites and gather their contact details.

You can find them by,

1. Google search - niche
2. Google search - niche+blog
3. Google search - niche+news
4. Blog directories
5. Blogroll links from other blogs in the niche

Once on the site make a note of,

1. The URL
2. The contact email address
3. If no email address is available note the URL of the contact form.

This should be presented in a spreadsheet with two columns,

Column 1 = The site URL
Column 2 = The email address or form URL

I am willing to pay 0.25 per email address up to a maximum of $200, minimum of 50 email addresses per payout.

More than one project available to the right person.

Emails will be checked and negative iTrader left to anyone making information up.

- This isn't for spam, it's to create a press release distribution list to influential blogs.
