Have you ever had an original thought of your own, or do you DVR Olbermann and watch it over and over all day.

What about the 2004 Election ? That was an incredible feat. I don't think Houdini himself could have pulled that off any better.

Are those the stains of the little people on his soles that he stepped over to get to where he is?

Very Impressive observation. I would be willing to bet that all politicians soles or souls look like that or much worse. What does the speaker's sole look like?

"Subtlety" and "wit" are not something you can in any good conscience try to run past certain folks, Logic, because they can get hurt by the attempt. You should be ashamed.

Glad he can divine Powell's mind, though. Always a revelation.

I am glad you have a sense of humor during the trying times of the increased socialistic society we are entering into. A sense of humor is lacked by many that just condemn and spread twisted liberal views.

That's what I though. Never an original thought. You're just a follower.

What about it? Could you be any more vague in your response? More people voted for Bush in 2004 than for any president in history. The irony here is the same number of people that hate Bush now, hated him then, and still re-elected him.

    Irony.

Your point is? If you got up off your duff and walked around once and a while your shoes would look like that too. I know several of mine do. That's what happens when you actually stand up and walk around.

    Try it some time.

WOW! What a piece of work. Just because people don't agree with your candidate and corporate tax breaks that have not, do not, and will not work, all of a sudden it's a twisted liberal view.

The fact of the matter is YOU ARE SCREWED ! WE ARE ALL SCREWED, and people are mad about it. Vote for the candidate that you think will have your best interest at heart, but just because people want something that actually works for everyone, and not just some doesn't mean they are twisted. If you like the last 8 years, then by all means, keep drinking from the same kool aid.
Every week it's a different catch phrase, now it's socialism. Muslim didn't work. Terrorist didn't work.

Let me break it down for you:

It's not spread the wealth, it's close loop holes so the tax code is fair for everyone. Not just you. Not just Me. Everyone.
If you don't want it to be fair for your Family, Friends, Family and co-workers or employees then vote against them.
I don't know where in America that people get this ELITIST attitude that they shouldn't have to pay the same taxes as everyone else because they employ people, or make a certain amount of money.
It's ludicrous, and it is elitist.

If you really feel like you are somehow better than other Americans when it comes to paying taxes, then maybe you are living in the wrong country.

In every society where the top keep getting the breaks of the backs of the people doing the work, there has been a revolt. If you make some money, then pay some damn taxes. Don't give me that crap of, "Unless I get a break, then I'm going to take it out on my employees or raise my prices."..then maybe you shouldn't be in business if that the attitude that you have.

No body owes you anything, and right now, we can't afford to have less taxes coming in. We are broke. Deficit in the trillions, and yet all i keep hearing is, "Why should I have to pay anything"? I'll tell you why, because you voted for the policies that put us here. You benefited from the tax code and deregulation, now it's time to get back to normal and pay the piper.

People in America (Republicans) are a piece of work. Everyone screams less government in my life, until it comes to the tax break hand outs and then everyone screams "where is mine?".

Nobody wants there to be any social programs, until there is a flood, wild fires or hurricane, then everyone screams for disaster relief of FEMA.

Republicans spout rhetoric about Dems and "welfare" yet they have no problem filing bankruptcy and taking advantage of the laws that let you keep 3 and 4 houses.

HUD is another "hand out" because it actually helps some one, but it's OK if you are renting to a low income family and the government is subsidizing your $1500 a month rent that you charge.

It's all about me in this country. No one else should get anything but me.
So you want me to vote for an administration that will give a tax cut to those at the top ? How many more $5million dollar CEO summer homes do I need to pay for before I get a little pissed?
    No More.

If all it takes for you to be diverted from what is really going on is a 5% cut or a $600 stimulus check, then "rock on" . But while you are basking in the glory of the trinkets handed down to you because you got a new boat or something, people at the top are raping the country for BILLIONS, and walking away with fortunes that would make the Rockefeller's and Tweed's flip over in their graves.

All this "Joe the Plumber " crap and "We fight for you" is just that . CRAP! Every time America falls for it during the primaries and general election, and once in office, it's back to business as usual. Deregulating and tax breaks for the rich...and I mean the real rich. Millionaire and Billionaire individuals and corporations, not "I have 2 homes and a jet ski" redneck/ghetto rich.

It's the biggest Marketing Con in America.

Yep. Realized the mistake and will not make it again. It was a nice campaign, "We will get attacked again, and only I know how to save you".

The main focus of the last campaign was changing commander in chief in the middle of a war. Job security. Had it not been for that illegal war with the faked intelligence that he started, there would have been no way in hell that anyone would have given him as second term. Plain and Simple. As ex-military even I felt that way even though I didn't like him.

Believe me, I am seeing very clearly. I have been watching republican mathematics , and been affected by it since the 80's. They suck at math.

Coolidge, Harding, Hover, Regan, and Bush sucked at it. And each time it was some of the worse financial times in American history.
Only people at the top made tons of money, with a few thousand trickled around to the upper middle class, but everyone else suffered, or paid for it.
Each time it resulted in a recession, or Depression.

Let me break it down for you.

    It is spread the wealth:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwtnPi7hi0U

He said it, I saw it, and so did the world.

It don't get more simpler than that.

Well, in fairness, it could have been a lot worse, considering the alternative.

Oh yes, the "illegal war". Sure you don't want to mention Fox News or something to really drive your case home?

If you think they are bad at Math, you should have tried living through the 70's and Carter.

I guess we both live in two different dimensions. I call mine reality, what do you call yours again?

What business is it of yours how someone spends their money? NONE.

Elitist does not mean RICH. It does not mean, well dressed.

Obama has been labeled and Elitist, because, by definition he fits the bill.

    From wiki:

Obama believes he is right, everyone else is wrong and his intelligence and views are far superior to anyone else's which is again, why he is viewed as Elitist.

Cindy McCain just happens to be wealthy. That's what happens when you work hard in America, not when government spreads the wealth.
