Having trouble with getting new and active users, please lead me in the right direction. If you're into military and military tech I wouldn't mind if some of ya'll signed up and helped me out.
I enjoy the military arms, pictures. I suggest the pictures should be with explaination text and the post should be with pictures. it would attract more military fans.
ya, that a good forum, I LIKE logo with the plane? looks really cool! Very nice colours and good content! Good job!
nice site. good look to it.. regarding why u dont have active users. i just read through the topics and threads.. not many people would know about these. and maybe thats why they refrain from contributing. i would suggest you start a few threads which encourage participation and don't assume good knowledge.. Another great way to get traffic/participation is to hold a contest. start a thread like, the best military idea. anyone who writes the best idea(however futuristic) for a weapon or military tactic wins a prize. keep the prize relevant to the theme, like say a swiss army knife.. start threads to involve military people from all countries.. stuff like that. u have a good site.. all the best with it.
The dark background clashes with the gray text. In your VBulletin options - site name - change it to something besides coolbreed.com. Use that section for keywords that will grab you better ranking in the search engines. The images at the top of the page are fine - but as you get more traffic that will be one of the first things to slow down your site. Image processing is one of the things that can tax a server. Replace the favicon with your own. The gray, black and red text really clashes - but I already said that once. Your header image is too big, its 131.8 KB - the entire home page should not be larger then 100kb. At the bottom of the page, get rid of the square bannes and go with a rectangle - this will help reduce the length of the page. The meta description is kinda bland - What keywords are you trying to target in search engine results pages? Right now your shooting for "Conversations of War" - because its first in your description. Is that your target audience? A google search for "Conversations of War" (without the quotes) returned 15,000,000 results. You should really narrow that down a little to reach your target audience, but I dont know what groups you are trying to target? Redefine your description to narrow down your search engine results pages. Since you are a new site, shoot for a term that has less then 1,000,000 results. Maybe even less then 500,000 or 600,000 results. Then go from there. By jumping into a nitch that has 15,000,000 results, your page is just going to get lost in the mix.
